ANKARA - Foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank rose by 737 million U.S. dollars between June 25th and July 2nd, 2004.
According to the Central Bank's weekly bulletin, the Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves, which were 32,374 million U.S. dollars on June 25th, rose to 33,111 million U.S. dollars on July 2nd.
On the other hand, the total of foreign exchange reserves of banks and private finance organizations fell by 649 million U.S. dollars, from 13,840 million U.S. dollars to 13,191 million U.S. dollars between June 11th and June 18th.
The international reserves of Turkey comprising gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank, commercial banks and private finance organizations dropped 851 million U.S. dollars from 47,963 million U.S. dollars to 47,112 million U.S. dollars between June 11th and June 18th.
