Cavusoglu On Closure Case Against Ak Party

ANTALYA - Mevlut Cavusoglu, deputy chairman of the Justice & Development (AK) Party Foreign Affairs Department, said, "we have difficulty in explaining to our European counterparts the closure case filed against AK Party."
In an exclusive interview with the A.A correspondent, Cavusoglu said the case filed by Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya, the chief prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeals, would have a negative impact on Turkey`s EU process.
Cavusoglu said shutting down parties does not exist in Europe and in developed democracies.
