Ships Attending Blue Whale 2008 In Antalya

ANTALYA - Ships from the Turkish and Pakistani naval forces participating in "Blue Whale 2008", one of the planned exercises of the Turkish Naval Forces Command, arrived in port of southern province of Antalya.
"Blue Whale 2008" is jointly carried out by Turkish and Pakistani naval forces.
The exercise which puts the coordinated manoeuvres against submarines and submarine defense war to test and improve cooperation, will end on Monday.
Naval units from Turkey, Standing NATO Maritime Group (SNMG) and Pakistan are joining the exercise.
