Countries Neighbor To Iraq To Meet In Egypt On July 20th-21st

ANKARA - Countries neighbor to Iraq will meet in Egyptian capital of Cairo on July 20th and 21st, sources said on Tuesday.
Sources noted that foreign ministers of Turkey, Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, and Egypt would meet for the first time in Cairo after sovereignty was handed over to the Iraqi people on June 28th. This would be the sixth meeting of Foreign ministers of countries neighbor to Iraq. Iraq has only attended the fifth official meeting held in Kuwait and the informal meeting in Istanbul since the process was initiated.
The same sources said that the process was initiated by Turkey and aimed to help Iraq's reconstruction.
Countries neighbor to Iraq earlier met in Turkish commercial hub Istanbul, Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh, Iranian capital Tehran, Syrian capital Damascus and Kuwait.
