ANKARA - Turkish security teams captured 31 illegal migrants in operations.
A statement posted on its website, Turkish General Staff said on Wednesday 31 foreigners of Afghan, Iraqi, Georgian, Syrian and Azerbaijan origin were intercepted in operations in southwestern province of Aydin, southern province of Hatay, eastern provinces of Erzurum, Igdir and Van, and southeastern provinces of Hakkari and Sanliurfa.
The illegal migrants will be deported following legal proceedings.
