DAKAR - Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the SG of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), met UN SG Ban Ki-Moon in Senegalese capital of Dakar on Wednesday.
Both secretaries general are actually in Dakar to participate in the 11th Session of Islamic Summit Conference of OIC to begin on Thursday.
President Abdullah Gul will represent Turkey in the conference.
