Diyarbakir Court Gives 10 Months Jail Sentence To D.T.P. Provincial Chairman

DIYARBAKIR - A criminal court in southeastern province of Diyarbakir on Tuesday gave a jail sentence of 10 months to Democratic Society Party (DTP) Diyarbakir Provincial Chairman Nejdet Atalay and DTP former provincial chairman Musa Farisoglu on charges of "making propaganda of the terrorist organization."
A file was opened against Atalay and Farisoglu on charges that they aided the terrorist organization during incidents that erupted after funeral of 4 terrorists on March 28th, 2006 in Diyarbakir.
