International Germany Taekwondo Open Tournament

-TURKEY WINS 11 MEDALS

ANKARA - Turkish taekwondo players won 11 medals in International Germany Open Tournament which was held between March 8th and 9th.
Turkish players won three golden, two silver and six bronze medals in the tournament.
Hamide Bikcin (63 kg) and Kadriye Selimoglu (47 kg) in women's category and Onur Cam (54 kg) in men's category won golden medals. Hatice Kubra Yangin (55 kg) in women's category and Halil Ibrahim Mercimek (84 kg) in men's category won silver medals, while Furkan Asena Aydin, Burcu Sallakoglu, Ayse Ulku Hilal, Ridvan Baygut, Atabey Gullu and Cem Ulugnuyan won bronze medals in the tournament.
In general classification, Turkey ranked the third after the United States and Spain.
