ISTANBUL - Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has decided that 6 Turkish referees shall be assigned at the upcoming UEFA European Under-17 and Under-19 Championship qualifiers.
While Deniz Gokcek will be the referee of 3rd group qualifiers of European Under-17 Championship to take place in Germany between April 9th and 16th, Secim Demirel will be the assistant referee at these matches.
German, Swedish, Swiss and Polish teams will compete at the 3rd group qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Hilal Tuba Tosun will be the referee of 1st group qualifiers to take place in Czech Republic between March 24th and 31st, where Sibel Yamac will be the assistant referee.
Czech Republic, Britain, the Netherlands and Belgium will compete with each other at the 1st group qualifiers.
On the other hand, Huseyin Gokcek was nominated as referee, while Erdinc Sezertam was nominated as assistant referee for the 1st group qualifiers of European Under-19 Championship to be played in Belarus between May 25th and June 1st.
Belarus, Britain, Poland and Serbia will compete in this group.
