MUGLA - A group of 35 Qatari journalists and tour operators who came to Turkey upon an invitation from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Turkish Airlines (THY) and a tourism company will promote south-western province of Mugla and its towns in Qatar.
Speaking to AA, Kakkanatil Babu, editor of the Qatari The Peninsula Daily newspaper, told that the Qatari delegation of 35 people will conduct tours in Mugla and its towns in the next seven days.
"The sea, sun and residents of Marmaris are very nice. The nature, residents and location of Marmaris are very special. Prior to arriving in Marmaris, we visited Fethiye and Dalyan towns. These towns must be a part of heaven with their beauties," Babu indicated.
"We have been impressed by the cultural foundation, democratic system and secularity in Turkey," Babu also said. "I will write in details the beauties of Mugla in our newspaper."
The Qatari delegation will receive lectures on golf, culture and health tourism in Mugla and its towns.
