ANKARA - Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), or as is commonly known in the country 'Mehmetcik', will receive state of the art modern vehicles and equipment.
The button has been pushed for one of the biggest tenders of the TSK in recent history.
The 1411 armored vehicles and related equipment to be procured will add to TSK's logistics strength and its power in dealing with terrorists and will include armored carriers, 108 sensors, 36 radars, 30 reconnaissance vehicles and various missile carriers.
All companies interested in participating in the tender must submit their files to the Undersecretariat of Defense Industry by March 18th, 2008.
