Two Turkish Hostages Freed In Iraq

ANKARA - Two Turks, who had been kidnapped in Iraq, were freed on Friday, Turkish Embassy in Baghdad officials said.
Embassy officials told the A.A correspondent on the phone that Soner Sercali, 27, and Burak Kizil, 26, who had been kidnapped in Iraq were freed this morning. They are expected to arrive in Turkey today.
Officials said that ransom was not paid for Sercali and Kizil.
Sercali and Kizil were working for Kayteks company based in Turkish southern Adana province. They were reported missing on June 1.
Kayteks company announced on Tuesday that they would withdraw from Iraq to secure Sercali and Kizil's freedom.
