Turkey To Implement Visa Exemption For Expo 2015 In Izmir

LJUBLJANA - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Aydin met the Undersecretary of the Slovenian MFA Andrej Ster on Friday.
Aydin is holding talks in EU term president Slovenia.
Aydin and Ster discussed bilateral relations, Turkey-EU negotiations, alliance of civilizations project, EU year of inter-cultural dialogue and Izmir`s candidacy to host EXPO 2015 fair.
Speaking to AA in regard to his meeting with Ster, minister Aydin indicated that Slovenia supports Turkey`s negotiating process with the EU.
In reference to Izmir`s candidacy to host the EXPO 2015, Aydin noted that Slovenia sees positively Izmir`s candidacy.
If Izmir is selected to host the EXPO 2015, Turkey will implement visa exemption for the attendants of the fair.
