PARIS - Turkish cuisine was promoted in a course at Le Cordon Bleu, worldwide renowned culinary arts school in French capital of Paris.
Sevim Gokyildiz, deputy chairman of Istanbul-based Kitchen Friends` Association, informed students from several countries about Turkish cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu.
Gokyildiz and her assistant taught students how to cook Yogurt soup, lentil ball, Mevlevi pilavi (whirling Dervish pilaf) and semolina dessert in the course.
Students attend courses at 25 branches of Le Cordon Bleu, an international network of culinary arts and hospitality institute, in 15 countries.
