Queen Elizabeth II And Her Spouse To Visit Turkey In May

ANKARA - Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and her spouse Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh will pay a visit to Turkey in May 2008.
According to a statement released by Turkish Presidential Press Center on Friday, Queen Elizabeth II and her spouse Prince Philip would visit Turkey upon invitation by President Abdullah Gul.
Her visit symbolizes sound friendly ties between Turkey and the UK, the statement said.
