MERSIN - Efforts have been under way to boost commercial relations between the two countries, Wadah Outry, deputy chairman of Turkish-Syrian Businessmen Council, said Thursday.
Outry paid a courtesy call to the Association of Turkish-Arab Businessmen (TURAB) in southern province of Mersin.
We will organize Turkish-Syrian Economic Forum in Damascus on April 26th and 27th, Outry said.
We expect a great number of Turkish businessmen to attend the forum, Outry stated.
The forum would focus on cooperation possibilities, direct investments and other several matters, Outry added.
On the other hand, TURAB Chairman Dogan Narin said relationship between two countries have been improving gradually.
