President Sezer Approves Law On Abolition Of State Security Courts

ANKARA - Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer approved on Tuesday the law on amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure (CMUK) and abolition of State Security Courts (DGMs).
Releasing a statement, Presidential Press Center noted that the law was sent to the Prime Ministry to be published in the Official Gazette.
