ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said on Wednesday what is important for Turkey is to combat terrorism in a full unity, when replying to a question on developments that have taken place between Turkish Armed Forces and the opposition parties in the recent period.
Babacan left Turkey for Belgian capital of Brussels to participate in NATO foreign ministers' meeting and held a press conference at Esenboga International Airport in Ankara.
Replying to a question on the decision of regional administration in the north of Iraq in regard to the bases of Turkey in the region, Babacan said everyone knows the decision that was made by Turkey and there would be no change on it.
In regard to his visit to Brussels, Babacan said he would also hold bilateral talks and discuss recent international developments with foreign ministers within the scope of the meeting in Brussels.
