ISTANBUL - Istanbul is set to host a film festival in March that will feature selected works by Japan's most esteemed directors, Japanese Consulate General said.
The festival will show acclaimed films such as Akira Kurosawa's "Rashomon," Shohei Imamura's "Narayama Bushiko," Takashi Yamazaki's "Always: Sunset on Third Street," Yoji Yamada's "The Hidden Blade," and Masayuki Suo's "Sumo Do, Sumo Don't."
The event will last from March 13-16 at Istanbul's Onat Kutlar movie theatre.
