Lawsuit On Annulment Of Constitutional Amendment On Headscarf

CONSTITUTIONAL COURT TO MAKE FIRST EXAMINATION ON MARCH 6TH

ANKARA - Constitutional Court will make its first examination on Thursday regarding the lawsuit which was filed to cancel the constitutional amendment on headscarf.
Republican People's Party (CHP) and Democratic Left Party (DSP) had filed a lawsuit asking the annulment of Constitutional amendment which lifts ban on headscarf at universities.
The rapporteur who was assigned to the case completed the report.
Constitutional Court delegation will examine the application tomorrow.
