CEYHAN - Hasan Aziz, Mayor of Bulgarian Kircaali (Kardzhali) town, arrived in Ceyhan town of Turkish southern province of Adana on Wednesday.
Kircaali is a town highly populated with Turks.
Aziz said that he visited Ceyhan to discuss joint projects they are planning to develop.
