JERUSALEM - Turkish humanitarian aid to Gaza have begun reaching the residents.
The first 4 of 8 trucks sent by Turkish Red Crescent aid society have reached Gaza on Tuesday.
The four trucks carried 64 tonnes of flour, lentil, chickpea, rice and tea. Total food stuffs sent by Turkey are valued at 500,000 USD.
The second group of trucks are currently at the Jordanian border and will soon enter Israel.
Turkey will send 75 tonnes of medical aid to Gaza this week.
All aid sent to Gaza will be delivered to Palestinian Red Crescent aid society.
