Syrian Consulate General In Gaziantep Plays Important Role In Developing Relations, Kocer

GAZIANTEP - Nejat Kocer, chairman of Executive Board of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry (GSO), said Tuesday Turkish-Syrian relations had developed in all areas in the recent years and the Syrian Consulate General in Gaziantep played an important role in developing relations.
According to a press release by the GSO, Kocer paid a courtesy call to Syrian Consul General in Gaziantep Behcet Dogma.
Speaking at the Syrian Consulate General, Kocer told that the Consulate General made Gaziantep a prominent center in Turkish-Syrian relations. "Gaziantep is the engine in relations between Turkey and Syria," Kocer underlined.
"The Syrian Consulate General in Gaziantep received the appreciation of industrialists especially in the area of visas. We thank the consulate general for its contribution to commercial relations," Kocer underscored.
Meanwhile, Consul General Dogma noted that cooperation with the GSO will continue. "We will carry Turkish-Syrian relations to higher levels," Dogma stressed.
