SANLIURFA - National Geographic magazine prepared an article about Southeast Anatolia Project (GAP) which is considered as one of the most important projects of the history of republic in Turkey.
The article which was released in March issue of National Geographic, tells about the social, economic and cultural changes in southeast Anatolia region of Turkey thanks to GAP which was implemented to increase life quality of the people in the region as well as provide the effective use of energy and water resources in the region.
The article gives information about the changes which have occurred since the foundation years of GAP as well as the project's current situation.
