ANKARA (CIHAN) - The US President George W. Bush has started his talks in Turkish capital Ankara on Sunday.
The US President Bush and his wife Laura Bush arrived in the Turkish Prime Ministry at 9:35 am. The US President Bush and his wife attended the breakfast given by the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife Emine Erdogan. The US Secretary of State Colin Powell and the Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gül were also present at the breakfast.
The US President will later visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, founder of Turkey. George W. Bush will be received by the Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer in working meal.
Bush later on Sunday will move to Istanbul. He will meet with spiritual leaders and will come together with Secretary General of NATO Jaap De Hoop Scheffer today. On Monday, George W. Bush will attend the NATO meeting.
