BRUSSELS - Visit of the European Union (EU) Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen to Turkey, which was planned to be paid between July 22 and 25, was postponed.
Commission sources said on Friday that the visit was postponed after summer holiday due to problems in Verheugen's schedule.
According to July program of the Commission, Trade Commissioner of the EU Pascal Lamy would come to Turkey between July 21 and 23.
Vice President of the EU and Commissioner for Transport and Energy Loyola de Palacio is envisioned to visit Turkey on July 15.
