Istanbul Stock Exchange Closes Off Last Trading Day Of Week With Gain At 17,355 Points

ISTANBUL (CIHAN) - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index closed on Friday with a gain of 466 points to finish at 17,355.16.
Shares gained 2.76 percent in value and the total trading volume was 497 trillion 625 billion 25 million Turkish Liras. The composite index reached 17,394.76 points at its highest level while dropping to 16,888.6 at its lowest level on Friday.
The composite index began the last trading day of the week at the Istanbul Stock Exchange with a buying trend on Friday. The index increased 120 points to 17,009 during the opening five minutes of today's first session when compared with Thursday's closing level. Stocks gained 0.78 percent in value on Friday at the beginning of the first session.
