Turkey And Turkish Republic Of N. Cyprus Sign Economic And Financial Program

LEFKOSA - Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) signed ''Economic and Financial Arrangements Program''.
The program was signed by Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener and TRNC Economy and Tourism Minister Ayse Donmezer in Lefkosa on Wednesday.
Under the program, Turkey will give the TRNC 519 trillion 890 billion Turkish liras (nearly 346.6 million U.S. dollars) from the 2004 year budget.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Sener told reporters that the Turkish government would support complete implementation of the program.
