Turkish F.M. Gül Receives Iraqi Kurdish Leader

ANKARA (CÝHAN) - The Turkish Foreign Minister received the Iraqi Kurdistan Patriotic Union (PUK) leader Celal Talabani on Tuesday.
Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gül received the PUK chairman Celal Talabani in the foreign ministry.
Recent developments in Iraq and the possible joint operation against the PKK militants holing up in the Northern Iraq were reportedly taken up in the meeting.
Talabani, currently visiting Ankara, yesterday condemned recent PKK terror attacks on the Turkish army.
