ISTANBUL - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index in Tuesday's first session increased 247.28 points to 17,032.67 and shares gained 1.47 percent in value when compared with prices at the close of previous second session.
At the close of the first session, the financial index increased 403.38 points to 23,080.70, the industrial index rose 151.57 points to 15,110.41 and the services index climbed 115.68 points to 9,941.62.
The financial shares gained 1.78 percent in value, the industrial shares gained 1.01 percent in value and the services shares gained 1.01 percent in value.
A total of 201 of the 300 shares gained in value, 39 shares lost in value and the price of 60 shares remained unchanged.
The trading volume was 159.3 trillion Turkish Liras (TL).
