Bomb Explodes In Istanbul, Injuring Policeman

ISTANBUL - A bomb exploded in Bahcelievler district of Istanbul, injuring a policeman, sources said on Tuesday.
Sources told A.A correspondent that an anti-NATO flag was hung and a package was left on an overpass in Bahcelievler district of Istanbul early on Tuesday.
One policeman was slightly injured in his arm as the bomb placed in the package went off.
The policeman taken to a hospital in Bakirkoy district is reported to be in good state of health.
Efforts are under way to determine the type of the bomb left on the overpass.
