We Know Turkey Fulfills Reforms For Itself, Pierini

ANKARA - Marc Pierini, the head of the Delegation of the European Commission to Turkey, said Thursday they were aware of the fact that Turkey fulfilled reforms for itself and they supported its efforts.
Pierini delivered a speech at a meeting on prevention of corruption at Hilton Hotel in Ankara.
Turkey has legislated several resolutions and decisions that were made at the UN and the Council of Europe, Pierini stated.
On the other hand, Margaret Killerby from the Directorate General of Legal Affairs (DGI) of the Council of Europe said the Council made investments worth 7 billion euros in several projects in Turkey.
There have been important developments in the area of law during the recent years, Killerby said.
