BELGRADE - Serbia's pro-European incumbent Boris Tadic held a decisive four percentage point lead in Sunday's presidential election runoff, according to the electoral commission's preliminary results.
Tadic had secured 51.16 of the votes compared with 47.18 percent for ultra-nationalist challenger Tomislav Nikolic of the Serbian Radical Party, the commission's Dragan Vukmirovic said.
