Repo Transactions Between Banks And Their Customers Drop

ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers dropped by 266.3 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between June 4-11, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 557.7 trillion TL on June 4, dropped to 3 quadrillion 291.4 trillion TL on June 11.
The reverse repo transactions with customers dropped 4.6 trillion TL from 53 trillion 44 billion TL to 48 trillion 429 billion TL in this period.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations increased 177.1 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 678.2 trillion TL on June 11. The total repo transactions amount was 8 quadrillion 501.1 trillion TL on June 4.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 8 quadrillion 451.6 trillion TL on June 4, rose 197.2 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 648.8 trillion TL on June 11.
