Shares Of Dogus Automotive To Be Traded On The Istanbul Stock Exchange On Thursday

ISTANBUL (CÝHAN) - Shares of Dogus Automotive, representing the VW, AUDI, SEAT, PORSCHE and SCANIA brands in Turkey, will be added to the Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) on Thursday.
According to a statement issued by the IMKB, shares of Dogus Automotive Service and Trade Corp. will be traded on the IMKB on Thursday under the code DOAS. The price DOAS shares whose nominal value is 37.95 trillion TL will be between 6.750 and 8.250 TL.
Dogus Group, was established by the Sahenk Family in 1951. It is activity in six basic sectors and consists of over 50 companies. Dogus Automotive in the automotive sector accounts for 55 percent of all income of the group. Sales of Dogus Automotive during the first quarter of 2004 rose by 537 percent compared with same period in 2003. Dogus Automotive also has 11.8 percent of the Turkish automotive market.
