ANKARA - The Confederation of Employers' Unions (TISK) Chairman Refik Baydur said on Wednesday, ''we believe that continuing the path with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will be positive.''
IMF delegation headed by Turkey Desk Chief Reza Moghadam visited Baydur.
Baydur told reporters prior to the meeting that cooperation of IMF and Turkey was continuing within and out of the country successfully, adding that both sides made a sincere and constructive progress.
Noting that they believed that continuing the path with IMF from now on would be positive, Baydur said that he thought that IMF would carry out its positive image on world platforms with Turkey.
Baydur said that they thought that IMF would assist Turkey especially on investment and employment issues from now on and added that consensus basis between employers and employees organizations was effective in relations with IMF. He said that they would continue to develop this consensus basis.
Baydur said that it would be beneficial to carry out positive development between Turkey and IMF.
