Gul Meets With Foreign Ministers Of Seven Countries On Tuesday

ISTANBUL - Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul held bilateral meetings on the second day of the 31st Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Foreign Ministers' Conference in Istanbul.
Abdullah Gul met with foreign ministers of Guinea, Togo, Sierra Leone, Djibouti, Somalia, Tunisia and Burkina Faso respectively on Tuesday.
Sources said that Gul asked foreign ministers to support Turkey's candidacy for the office of the OIC secretary general in his meetings.
