Istanbul Stock Exchange Ended First Session Of Tuesday With A Slight Gain At 17,166 Points

ISTANBUL (CIHAN) - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index finished up 86.2 points to close at 17,166.07 at the end of the first session on Tuesday.
Shares gained 0.50 percent in value and the trading volume was 147 trillion 500 billion 61 million Turkish Liras. During the first session on Tuesday, the composite index reached 17,185.73 points at its highest level, dropping to 16,964.97 points at its lowest.
The composite index began the day at the Istanbul Stock Exchange with a selling trend. The index decreased 54 points to 17,025 during the opening five minutes of today's first session when compared with Monday's closing level. Stocks lost 0.32 percent in value at the beginning of the first session.
