I.S.E. Closed Off Monday With Loss At 17.079 Points

ISTANBUL (CIHAN) - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index closed on Monday with a loss of 584 points to finish at 17,079.84.
Shares lost 3.30 percent in value and the total trading volume was 197 trillion 568 billion 8 million Turkish Liras. The composite index reached 17,664.46 points at its highest level while dropping to 16,999.73 at its lowest level on Monday.
The composite index began the first trading day this week with a selling trend. The index decreased 204 points to 17,460 during the opening five minutes of today's first session. Stocks lost 1.06 percent in the opening five minutes.
