ISE Ends First Session Of Monday With Loss At 17.240 Points

ISTANBUL (CIHAN) - The Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB) National-100 Index finished down 424 points to close at 17.240,23 at the end of the first session on Monday.
Shares lost 2.40 percent in value and the trading volume was 197 trillion 568 billion 8 million Turkish Liras. During the first session on Friday, the composite index reached 17,664.46 points at its highest level, dropping to 17,216.87 points at its lowest.
The composite index began the first trading day this week with a selling trend. The index decreased 204 points to 17,460 during the opening five minutes of today`s first session. Stocks lost 1.06 percent in the opening five minutes.
