ANKARA - Turkish Treasury will hold two auctions on Tuesday to sell state notes denominated in Turkish lira (TL) with a coupon interest payment once in three months and 385-day discounted state notes.
State notes denominated in TL with a coupon interest payment will be issued on June 16 and repaid on June 14, 2006.
385-day discounted state notes will be issued on June 16 and repaid on June 6, 2005.
On June 8, Treasury held two auctions to sell 154-day and 350-day bonds.
In the first auction, the total bid had been 2 quadrillion 461.4 trillion Turkish liras (TL) while the Treasury sold 1 quadrillion 408 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds. The net sale became 1 quadrillion 271.4 trillion TL.
The composite interest was 27.33 percent while the simple interest was 25.44 percent in this auction.
In the 350-day bond auction, the total bid had been 4 quadrillion 298.1 trillion TL.
The Treasury sold 1 quadrillion 759.1 trillion TL of nominal-valued bonds while the net sale became 1 quadrillion 386.8 trillion TL.
The composite interest was 28.05 percent and the simple interest became 27.92 percent.
