TEHRAN - Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref received on Saturday Turkish Public Works and Settlement Minister Zeki Ergezen.
Aref called on Turkey to open its market to Iranian investors and said that transportation of Iranian natural gas to Europe via Turkey was for the interest of the two countries.
Ergezen said that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan planned to visit Iran probably at the end of the following month.
Turkish Public Works and Settlement Minister Zeki Ergezen later met with Iranian Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ali Abdol-alizadeh.
In this meeting, Ergezen said that Turkey was ready to share its experiences in construction and contracting services with Iran, and noted that Turkish and Iranian companies should make joint investments in each other's territories.
Ergezen's meeting with Iranian Minister of Roads and Transport Ahmad Khoram was cancelled.
Turkish delegation headed by Ergezen will return to Turkey on Sunday.
