ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers rose by 481.8 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between May 28 and June 4, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 75.9 trillion TL on May 28, rose to 3 quadrillion 557.7 trillion TL on June 4.
The reverse repo transactions with customers dropped 47.5 trillion TL from 100 trillion 511 billion TL to 53 trillion 44 billion TL in this period.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations dropped 287.6 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 501.1 trillion TL on June 4. The total repo transactions amount was 8 quadrillion 788.7 trillion TL on May 28.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 8 quadrillion 728.9 trillion TL on May 28, fell 272.3 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 451.6 trillion TL on June 4.
