SEA ISLAND - Leaders attending the G-8 summit in Sea Island, Georgia state of the United States met at lunch on Wednesday in which also Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan participated.
At the summit of the G-8 countries -- the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Canada and Russia, leaders will explain their opinions on the United States' Broad Middle East and North Africa project.
The summit is held with participation of ''democratic partner'' Turkey and the countries that were invited under the project.
Leaders of G-8 countries, Yemen, Bahrain, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, Afghanistan and Iraq's new president, Ghazi al-Yawar, and Erdogan attended the lunch.
Erdogan is expected to hold a press conference later.
