Relations Between Turkey And Greece Are On The Highest Level

ATHENS - Turkish Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim said on Wednesday that relations between Turkey and Greece were on the highest level.
Replying questions of Turkish reporters in Athens, Yildirim gave information about the meetings he would hold in Greece today.
Noting that he would exchange views with Greek Merchant Marine Minister on the sector, Yildirim said that they would also discuss issues on railway and highway corridors between Istanbul and Thessaloniki.
Yildirim said that they planned to start mutual Thessaloniki-Istanbul railway trips in the end of 2004 and he recalled that the existing railway line was used for cargo transportation.
Stressing that there was no problem between Turkey and Greece regarding the air corridor, Yildirim said that Turkey suggested five airports to Greece for using in Olympic Games, but Greece has not made a demand until now.
