BISHKEK - Turkish National Education Minister Huseyin Celik visited on Wednesday International Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Bishkek.
Celik is paying a visit to Kyrgyzstan for an international meeting on ''Eurasia in the 21st century: a dialogue between cultures or a conflict of civilizations'' organized by UNESCO.
Celik said that he knew problems of Manas University and stated that Turkish government and his ministry would work for solution of those problems.
Stating that the world was changing and developing rapidly, he said that Turkey should be an important factor in this change and development.
Recalling that Turkey had been the first state which recognized Kyrgyzstan, Celik said that the two countries have further improved their relations since then.
