ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan would pay an official visit to the Netherlands between June 15-17, sources said on Monday.
Erdogan will be received by Queen Beatrix on June 16, and meet with Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende.
Erdogan and Balkenende will hold a joint news conference following talks between the delegations of the two countries.
Erdogan will receive Dutch Minister of Finance Gerrit Zalm and later proceed to Rotterdam to participate in Turkish-Dutch Business Forum meeting.
An agreement will be signed in Rotterdam for establishment of Trade and Investment Center within the framework of an agreement reached among Rotterdam Municipality, Harbor Administration, officials of Chamber of Trade and chamber of trade of Izmir and Istanbul.
Erdogan will later proceed to Amsterdam and leave for Brussels on June 17 to join EU Summit during which Ireland would hand over EU Term Presidency to the Netherlands.
