ADANA - One of two Turkish citizens who were kidnapped in Fallujah, Iraq was released, officials of Turkish Serka Construction Company said on Tuesday.
Company officials told A.A correspondent that two administrators of Serka Construction Company; Adnan Azizoglu and Tarkan Arikoglu, who were assigned in Iraq, were kidnapped on their way from Fallujah to Mosul on Tuesday morning, stating that Adnan Azizoglu was later released.
Company officials stated that Azizoglu went to company's construction site in Mosul and called them by phone and said he was in good health.
Serka Construction Company officials quoted Azizoglu as saying that Tarkan Arikoglu and Turkmen driver Fethi Kiyas, who was also kidnapped, could be released on Wednesday.
