Talabani Can Always Visit Turkey, Gul

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul said Wednesday Iraqi President Jalal Talabani can always visit Turkey.
"Iraq is our neighbor that closely concerns us, and he (Talabani) is the elected president," he told during an award ceremony at the Cankaya Presidential Palace in Ankara.
At the ceremony, Gul presented Scientific & Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) awards.
Gul said the elected president of a neighboring country can always visit Turkey.
"We can also visit a country at any time," he told.
On the other hand, Gul said we have entered electronic warfare. "So, technology is important for defense industry."
