Police Search Home Of Detained Man In Istanbul

MORE EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS FOUND AT HOME

ISTANBUL - Istanbul police found more explosives and blast mechanisms in the house of a man detained earlier on Monday.
Police had found 3.5 kg of A-4 explosives in the back pack of the detainee.
The detainee`s home is in the Yenibosna district of Istanbul.
Further operations are currently taking place in different locations in Istanbul and several more individuals have been detained.
Istanbul Police Chief Celalettin Cerrah also arrived in Yenibosna and is observing the ongoing operation.
